CEC is an “incubator” of equity, bringing together multi-sector partners, ideas, and resources to solve real-world problems—like building career pathways or ensuring child care access for working families. Once launched, we transition these efforts to trusted partners who can sustain and scale them for long-term impact. Recent Work
Rainbow Kids equips parents, caregivers, and educators with practical tools and resources to help young children understand themselves and their world, ensuring every child feels seen and valued. We offer an online resource library and collaborate with organizations to share these materials within their communities.
